Ticking & vibration issue...
Any thoughts on this? This is one of the only threads i have found that relate to anything like it with both vibration, and ticking sound.

Sure sounds like motor or tranny mounts. Notoriously bad with this much torque in the 2 ton boat.
First place to look for sure.
Worth it to have him pop the hood and rev er up.
You'll see it flex like this

I would say you are going to replace both left & Right motor mounts and the Trans mount. The squeek is the belt idlers and or the belt tensioner assy.

Not sure about mileage on your car, but i just turned 65k and had the noise and more pronounced when cold. Ended up getting the ASP Idler pulleys to replace the OEM ones. Low and behold, both of the pulley's bearings had grease flung all around the pulley. Luckily i caught that before it got worse and a pulley failure!

I will definitely check those out. From everything i have found, it kept leading me to the mounts, but i just found it weird that it seemed to all have started at exactly the same time. It was perfectly normal, no unusual sounds, then all of the sudden, ticking, vibration, and humming sound while driving. The ticking would go away when revved up though. Would mounts really start ticking? Hopefully it's as "simple" as just a mount issue.
