I've been trying to get in touch with you guys for a week - been emailing and calling. UPS tracking is saying my ECU was delivered on Tuesday but I haven't heard anything. I figured you guys are busy moving shops and such but can you hit me back?

Did you contact them before you sent out your ECU?
I think Texas team is busy moving to new facility and storm was in Illinois

All is good. The guys at EC are stand-up. I just had bad timing because they were moving to their new shop and I shipped the ECU to their old shop. Plus I was calling the wrong number all week.
These guys gave me a great deal on a tune and customer service has been really good. I can't wait to drive the car with the new ECU parameters.

EC Have been busy with their recent move as I had difficulty getting in touch with them over the phone but got to talk to Adam and Jerry yesterday. Try emailing them too.
