Easy DIY that subtle but LOOKS GREAT:)
Gentlemen, so it's that time of the year again when UPS boxes just "start showing up". . .anyway, ordered some headlight tint film and bought Berti's front lip while I wait for another one from Gary and decided to install both over the weekend. . . I used Laminex - one word of caution - don't forget that the 63 front ends have different fog lights and the kits for the 63 and 55 are the same EXCEPT for the fog lights (once I remembered had to order the foglights separately and they will be here some time next week)
Here's the tools I used for the headlight film (film pre-cut, heat gun, spray bottle and shaping tool came with the film and a blade to cut):
Here's the difference between the film and no film (I went with the lightest tint)
All done. . .

Which front lip is that? I kinda think the Suvneer one is to massive and like the smaller e55 style look which that one seems to look like.

Thanks guys - I'm digging it so far. . .
As to the Mc D's - ohhhhh yeah - that was my special "FU" to Clayton and Marcus and all the comments on my choice of yellow lettering (Its all in good fun from both sides. . .there's something that may be here by summer in the wheel department and they were done with that in mind, not my current set up
I think black calipers and red lettering would look great (Audi does something similar with black calipers!!!!!!!!!!

i love the look too and had everything tinted for over a year but just buffed off my headlight tint. mine was pretty light, just enough to take away from the stark contrast of the chrome. i took it off because whether you want to admit it or not, even the lightest tint noticeably reduces light output. the difference on a dark road was significant and it was embarrassing when hondas with blue bulbs had better light output!
