steering paddles not working !!

hey guys, just curious to if anyone has had the same problem as me,my paddle shifters on the steering wheel are not working. If so please let me know would be a great help in getting it fixed or any other action i have to take.

Is it both paddle shifters or just one side? Have you tried different modes (C/S/M)? Have you tried shifting with the shifter stick (side to side)?

Doesnt matter which mode its in, should work regardless. You have warranty, go get it fixed you mutt.

Should is the key word here. Some self diagnosis helps others troubleshoot.

If it does have warranty, indeed take it in for repair instead of trying to fix it yourself.

Even diagnosing the problem, it wouldn't make any logical sense for it to work in one mode and not the other... just saying

Jesse goto the dealership, why do you even bother worrying about it. You do have warranty dont you?

03 E55 AMG, 06 Harley Road King Custom 06 Ram 2500 Cummins, 97 Firebird Race Car, 88 Cutlass Supreme
Get it warrantied and try to get as much detailed info as you can on the repair as I suspect this may become an issue in the future with other cars.

Are all the steering wheel controls run through a clockspring like other vehicles?
