the operative word: "STOP"
Do yourself a favor and take the word "STOP" seriously. Do not drive the car. Get it towed. Get it fixed. Read this thread, could be serious could be minor, but it's a huge gamble to continue to drive it. Do not drive it a day or so.

yeh this just happened to me in august. luckily i was less than a mile from the in-laws...didn't hear anything scraping so i just slowly limped it there. while turning into a parking space i could hear my front right tire lightly scraping against the fender liner so i definitely wouldn't risk driving any farther than i did. ended up being the front right air strut. as benzokirk said - i'd highly recommend getting it towed to a shop.
