You are correct in my case boet, I have pm's proving the transaction took place on here!

I'd like to add that i've tried to resolve this with Brooke but now he dosen't want to text or email. Only talking over the phone will work but i don't like that situation due to the fact things can be easily lost in translation and further more there will be no way of telling what was really said between him and I.

I guess to sum it up he's saying we bought them from Brooke/Shardul who isn't a vendor and if he was a vendor they could try to help the situation.

With two of these incidents in such a short time span, is a design change at hand?

What I was saying was, with certain members skirting around the TOU, to sell their wares here, while hiding their identities, it becomes impossible for anyone here to even offer the most basic of information about the sellers. This includes names, addresses and phone numbers.

Caveat Emptor, ...especially if the seller is hiding from the site they are advertising on.

On the large RTR pulley is the center hub wobbling as well or just the outer ring?
The question I have is wouldn't the main hub need to be balanced to each ring size ?
The centrifugal force would be multiplied with each ring change throwing it out of balance.

My whole pulley, hub and outer ring has a bad wobble to it. The harmonics on this pulley design is definitely off with the larger rings because of this one fact alone:

Both mine and Steve's pulleys were relatively wobble free right after install, but once you throw in some dyno tuning, street and track driving it goes down hill fast.

That begs the question, why is it straight right after install with the car just idling? Well the blower has not engaged at that point, everytime the blower engages, naturally it puts alot of stress on the crank pulley assembly, and with the main hub not extending all the way out like an ASP or Kleeman or Evotech, the dampening is not there on the outer ring. Engage the blower multiple times, well eventually the wobble will increase over time, throw belts and work the crank bolt back out, with CATASTROPHIC FAILURE been the end result.

When did you get your car back on the road Acid, looks like as as 03/23/12 you were having problems with initial mapping once the engine cranked.

Head gasket failure? Didn't you just finish putting it all back together and you had a head gasket failure?

To be fair guys, your problems did occur VERY fast.

1500 mile later he is fine, and I hope KEEPS going fine.

Just sayin, no dog in this hunt.

My failure was after 300-400 miles. I'm not trying to start a fight but when he got the car back together it didn't run right. Now it's torn apart for head gasket problem so when did the 1500 miles happen? I hope he dosent have a problem
With the pulley also but the odds are against him. That's what I'm saying.

yeah dont ask ! im really pissed off with the Car lol

I gave the engine to someone else to build and i think they took the heads off a few time and damaged the new head gasket, i had a miss fire on bank 4 and then it got more worse, i did run my car with the 200mm pulley on a dyno with the miss fire it made 650 to the crank but with the missfire issue we are looking to make around 740 to 750 to the crank.

This week i am re building the engine our self so i hope to give you guys the results soon! We install pullleys at our work shop, i have done 2 other RTR 180 pulleys aswell and they have done more miles then mine without any problems???

i hope u guys can sort it out with the vendors.

Ahmed has been at our workshop aswell when he was in the UK.
