That baseline is not pump gas, Elliot had 110 in there before they added the Q16. That initial pull had some left over 110, and mostly Q16 in the tank.

Looks like they are at 545/582 right now.

I understand the fuel in the tank but what was the tune for? A pump gas tune with race gas in the tank will make less power than a race gas tune with race gas in the tank.

Nice gains so far!

Just hit 550hp/600tq and still running rich at 4500rpms.

Not sure yet. Car is pulling timing at low end. Car thinks its too cold. Back to back runs and tank was still at 76 degrees. Might not need ice.

Okay here is what we finished with today. And remember we are not done. But we are still at 550hp/599tq. AFR is bouncing around from 11.4-10.2. I was not happy with this. After we check the knock sensors we found out that the car was pulling timing at low rpms because it was too cold. Jerry then worked some of his majic and it started to straighten out but its still alittle rich from 200-4300rpms. The power band runs straight through redline. At 6000rpms we had 549hp and at 6500rpms we had 537hp.AFR still bouncing around but not as bad.

My cooling set up is alittle different. I have a Eurocharged HE with a Meziere pump, 3.5 gal trunk tank with a Rule2000 pump, 1.5 gal meth tank, and a Cobra HE mounted under the trunk. My system runs from trunk tank - supercharger - EC HE - C HE - trunk tank. The idea was to make sure that all the water being stored stays cold. And it appears to be working flawlessly. The meth sprays at 11lbs of boost, and is mainly for high rpms. My surge tanks are almost ice cold to the touch directly after a run. After one fourth gear pull to 186, the water in the tank was at 62 degrees. Ran another pull immediately and afterwards the water was only at 76 degrees. It was 97 degrees outside today.

We will finish tuning in the morning. Then I will jump on the road to SilverDollar. I will up date in the morning.

I mean after he put another tune in for a baseline to run on the Q16 and all my new mods he went up 2 degrees after we had the AFR lower and the Wideband on the dyno fixed and it picked up over 50hp. The dyno we used was super stingy as everyone puts down way lower numbers there so the gains might of been more possible. I made 561 at that dyno on like the 14th pull in an hour so she was heat soaked and we didnt use ice or anything. After the MIR rental i had the car dyno'd again at another DynoJet and it put down 619/743 but the torque always has a small spike with the converter. I think we could of added a little more timing and made more power but we wanted a safe setup.

He is under my wing homey, his girl is going to run hard as f**k tomorrow. I highly doubt there will be any other 4 door sedans seeing his type of ET's. We will be holding the AMG flag high, and by the end of the day, he will have a 10 sec slip in his glove compartment
