Here is some math that makes sense to me.
102,000 - 96,000 = 6,000
I installed this pulley at 88,088 miles and I took a picture of the mileage when it was installed, I wish iPhones could date stamp. I am not sure of the exact milage on my car now (In Body Shop) but it is around 102,000 miles. Sorry I just calculated that and it was 14k miles lol sorry I was off by 1,000 miles! Once I get my car back I will take a photo of the current mileage.

(225.4+80)*4weeks per month * 4 months = 4,886.4
4,886.4+6000=10,886.4
That's not the complete miles for the LA trips or accounting for driving around while there or other trips. Why is it so hard to believe some E55 are not garage queens.
Also, 225*4= 3600 not 1800-2000.
So Kauve drives his car more than most. That's a good thing.

96k is when he shot the video, he had the pulley installed at 88,088
so 102,000 - 88,100 (round up) is 13,900
what do you guys want? Kauve to post his mileage after every day?
seriously - is there no faith anymore?
most of you guys will say (in 4 years) oh yeah, Kauve sold his car because the pulley messed something up, or 80,000 miles later you'll blame it on the pulley
so 102,000 - 88,100 (round up) is 13,900

Until I see a date stamp on the 88k miles picture, which cannot be produced, or some other type of verification, then I would have to assume that the actual miles is closer to 96k then 88k.

toadster you very well know that we arent banned per say. We just cant post anything or get into links on the forum. Pretty much like being banned while not saying it. Brooke wouldnt want to just ban us and people wonder why he did that so instead he tried to silence us. Welcome to the real dictatorship called PSC

Based on his own thread, which I will link for you below, he stated on Jan 15 that he installed his s/c pulley the previous week. Three days later on Jan 18 he then shot the video at 96k miles. Giving the benefit of the doubt, let's say that "the previous week" means a full seven days, plus three days from the 15th to the 18th equals ten days from the time the pulley was installed to the day the video was shot. Let me throw out there that it may not have even been ten days... This all would mean that he put EIGHT THOUSAND miles on his car in maybe, maybe ten days. I cannot wrap my mind around that, sorry. When I put two and two together I do not come up 14,000.
Until I see a date stamp on the 88k miles picture, which cannot be produced, or some other type of verification, then I would have to assume that the actual miles is closer to 96k then 88k.

ok - even if that is the fact, how many miles do you guys think are 'enough' to say it's stable? 5K? 10K? 20K? 100k?

the problem is 1 lie becomes 2 lies, 2 become 4 and he just cant keep up anymore. Now the video will be wrong or he decided to drive to seatle then to ny and back to texas for those 7-10 days.

you guys always trying to knock down the dudes that are trying to improve things for the E55s (IMHO)
vendor atrocities aside - if more people put their energy into their cars instead of into whining on the forums, we could fly to the moon by now in an E55
I for one am not (nor ever claim to be) a wrench that could even think of designing a pulley, or heat exchanger, or insert blah blah here...
So you have to give some credit to these guys. If you feel you can do better - than DO IT!

Sure they are trying to improve things, but when things go wrong they seem to act very shady.. I have nothing against Shardul or Brooke, but not answering e-mails or texts? Only wanting to talk on the phone so theres no proof of what was said? Im sure theyll respond when you ask who to send the money to, but what happens when something goes wrong?
Sure things may have started with a passion for the platform, but it seems to clearly be about the money now.. Constantly flipping powder coated surge tanks for $300 and then having to send them yours back Thats highway robbery.. I got mine done for $90..
