The S/C Pulley Thread to end all Pulley Threads
if you're interested in the S/C pulley info of recent, this post has all the meaty details
not selling anything here - just providing info in one concise post
One car has been widely tested with over 4 months and about 8K+ miles (see page 4), and 11.7@119 at the track.
S/C Pulley Specs:
Eurocharge Tuned E55 with the following mods:
This car (baseline w/o pulley) ran 419HP on the LSX dyno and benched 464HP after pulley and tune - that's ~45 RWHP increase (that's to the wheels!)

S/C Pulley Specs:
- Caveat Emptor
- 84mm in size
- 1.5 to 2 psi increase (as compared to a stock supercharger pulley)
- 2.5lbs (one pound less than stock 3.5) ~28.5% reduction in weight
- equates to 168-170mm crank pulley in power
- requires the ECU to be tuned due to differences in AFR
- there's a belt wrap kit in the works, not required but nice to have if you have slippage
- you don't need a fuel rail or bigger injectors (not that it would hurt either)
- it can be added along with the crank pulley to make even MORE power
- yes, the pulley increases S/C heat output so cooling is recommended
- one step colder plugs, not required but a good idea to reduce EGTs
Eurocharge Tuned E55 with the following mods:
- K&N Air Filters
- Bigger H/E installed
- secondary cats and resonator removed
This car (baseline w/o pulley) ran 419HP on the LSX dyno and benched 464HP after pulley and tune - that's ~45 RWHP increase (that's to the wheels!)

Double post !!! Lol j/k let us know how that thing works out still not so sure about it.
If u don't mind me asking y did u choose this one the price ? Couldnt u get the same gains by just getting a kleemann 168 pulley or 172mm eurocharged one ?

I picked this one because it seems to be less strain on the rest of the engine, the S/C can now spool up faster, and less wear/tear on it and the other engine components... should increase overall driveability
what's nice is the guy who already have a crank pulley can add this for even more power - so it's a double pulley upgrade for some
I hope to get it installed soon, waiting for the H/E and maybe do both at once...

Cool didn't know u can have like a double pulley so to speak. As for the heat exchanger goes I already installed my eurocharged one it is sick looking and huge !!! Works great !!! I just don't c how u can have a double one. the EC one takes up so much room. I hope the s/c works flawless for u with no problems

This is exactly what im waiting for not going to be a guinea pig anymore. Risk and cost is to high with a motor like the 55k,Good luck Toad im sure it will be fine but don't hold your breath if you have any issues. Who knows maybe ill pick one up in a year or two once they have been on a few cars for a while without issue.

Ive had this pulley on my car for about 15k miles now and I havent had a single issue.. For the people that know me, know I drive my car like I stole it! No belt slippage nothing. The power up top is amazing! So for someone that as had this pulley on his car for 15k hard miles, I have no complaints! Feel free to PM me with any questions.

Tod, this is the best thread you made with all the comparison. Good job and appreciate the effort. I will do this mod until my SC bearing and clutch need to be replaced. Or at least 6 months from now. I believe its been sold for 30 pzs so if any problems will report back in the next few months.

This looks like the same owners as Redtooth Racing if you ask me. Fly by night company, with no physical address, no actual phone number to talk to someone, the original thread describing the product started by Brooke, and sold by both Brooke and Shardul or probably eBay too.
Let the members make the descision for themselves, but this is a mirror image of Red Spoof Racing pulleys, so keep in mind what ADMIN ScottW211 said, Caveat Emptor..........
