Time for my first service, need advice.

Hey, so i purchased my 2003 w211 e55 in february, its now time or my first service. I need advice on what else should i do? oil change, tranny flush?
I kind of want to flush the whole car because i am not the original owner and i want to make sure everything is tip top, any suggestions?

Also, i have an 03 which means i probably have the bad valeo radiator, how common is this problem?

Its about 25-30 celcius around here these days (montreal). And my temps go to 100 pretty quickly, and its gonna get warmer here, is this normal or should i check on this aswell?

Thanks for the help guys

Hey! you are also from Montreal ! nice to see a 55K in Qc.
When i bought my 06 3 years ago i did everything in one shot.
- Oil/Filter change
- Cooling flush
- Brake fluid flush
- Transmission oil change only ($250 in dealer)
- Air filter change

I changed the spark plugs, SC belt, V belt and upgrade IC pump about 6 months ago. Check your radiator if its old Valeo and you might want to upgrade your IC pump since Montreal is getting warmer. Where you plan to take your car for maintenance dealer ? whats your mileage ?

I am from Montreal St-Laurent. There is not many E55 in Montreal, I suggest you ask the mechanic to double check if the radiator was replaced. You don't want it to destroy your tranny....... at 138K miles not to do tranny flush good luck !

You can check with Eurocharged, I bought my IC Johnson pump over there. The installation should be around $100 to $150 depend on shop.
And its good time to flush the cooling water.

I am not sure but my tech did it in 30 minutes........ he flush out the cooling so we just add new cooling fluid. Here is other places you can buy...... ebay. I have this pump for the last 6 months and my car has not failed me once in hard pulling. BTW, i live in South California with warmer weather and Montreal is my summer house.
