Got my car back on a dyno after Jerry reflashed it.
The car made more power and torque (410rwhp, 540 rwtq on a Mustang), but is still running really rich. AFRs are down in the 9s again as the engine gets up to speed. I then went and bought a logger from Autozone and watched IATs. Ambient temperature was 90. Low RPM IATs were ~115. Pushing her in 3rd, I got hit an IAT of 185 at the top of the gear. This probably explains why I went rich as this was a really high reading. The car did, however, get back to IATs ~115 when I let off and coasted, which tells me the IC pump probably still works.
Any ideas on what it could be?

Good idea to split the system since you have a FM HE..You need a small reservoir (BMW PS res) take it to an Indy MB tech. I'd say anywhere from 150/250 depending on the shop.
Tbal thread gives you an idea of whats needed

The IAT is tracking very high.
Mine was topping 200 F until I replaced the pump and now it stays much lower and recovers very quickly after a run.
I did the EC stage 3 with the 550cc injectors. My car also ran very rich afterward, much richer than 9:1. Been working with Jerry for a good bit after that and he came up with a cal that is much better. Runs around 11:1 and toward the top of 4th it will richen to about 10.5:1 at 160 MPH and pulls very strong.
You should call him and ask to try the "Gadget" cal.
Do make sure you check it with a wideband out on the road. I found mine to be a bit erratic, sometimes as expected and others super lean. I have replaced the MAP sensors and things are now much more consistent, but do check it over a period of time to verify things are where they should be.
I am working through some other issues now when I have the time to devote to it, but the car is a strong runner for sure.
