New guy here...looking for advice and ideas!
As of right now the car is stock with the stock wheels being chrome dipped. I would like to look into the following:
For engine/power upgrades:
Upgraded Heat Exchanger
Pulley change (178-180mm?)
Full Exhaust (Denroll I might need a hand with that local stuff we do lol)
Tune
Maybe Methanol as well?
Full intake to inlet
Throttle Body
Not sure what else I should include?
As far as body mods:
Front carbon fiber splitter
Rear carbon fiber diffuser
New wheels (Looking at HRE, I'd like something 5 spoke)
Once again not quite sure what else to do but I've seen some AMAZING cars in the picture thread.
I appreciate any and all help and advice from you guys...thanks!
Chris

Take it one step at a time, just the HE alone you can do a search on. Are you a hands on guy or is someone going to do the work for you, because that is a factor with everything you want to do.
Make a game plan, and do a little homework.
Otherwise you should have just bought a car already modded

For the performance mod you can check in Eurocharge website for E55.
For exterior mod, you can check with Gary from Suvneer. Here is the thread reference.

Where are you located ?
As of right now I know the Heat Exchanger is a weak point and needs to be swapped. I plan on calling eurocharged and getting some info on the different pulley sizes and boost levels but also want to know what you guys think. I also figure that the car will need larger injectors and most likely a more substantial fuel pump as well. I'm sure in the large spectrum, it will be quite similar to building my camaro.
I will be doing homework over the next couple months and ordering parts as I go along. Just interested in hearing your guys opinions and ideas!

Its indirectly on my list under full exhaust...I'll split it up so its more clear lol
I remember reading about your ride! Who is a good tuner local to us?
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I also have meth and it works wonders on the top end where these cars tend to fall off because of heat. I personally love it. And look into the TCU tune from Eurocharged. You won't look back after you do.
Once again, welcome to the madness!

Thanks and your car is one of the main ones I've seen that weigh heavy in my mind!
It will be my daily driver and street car but it will see the track a good amount. I think something in the mid 500's would be perfect and I would be content with that. I run methanol on my Camaro and love it so I figured it might work well with the heat soak issues that go along with a positive displacement blower. Is they any issue with the rotors and meth?

I thought I was going to mod this car all up....but I'm slowly changing my mind. Banging off 12 sec quarters on street tires with your eyes closed...and decimating pretty much every car on the street in a bone stock 4 door is pretty awesome. It makes spending money on mods seem kind of ridiculous. To each his own though, enjoy. Part of me still wants to make it go low 11s...so I can laugh at all the Corvette fanbois who have more cash in their ride, make more noise, go slower....and have to ride around in a GM interior while we roll in plush AMG luxury.
I can't make up my mind, haha. The good news is, these cars are awesome and you're going to love it.
