Pricing inquiry (2005 E55 AMG White/Pano)
It is a white W/Pano though and many have a hard on for these so you may find tbe right fish if you throw your bait around enough places and wait it out.

As for the car, unfortunately you have a lot of mods you won't get your money for but they are worth something to most enthusiasts. Like mentioned above, you have the best color (with pano also) to give you leverage on selling with it not being as common. I looked for nearly 6 months trying to find my white with pano E55 and paid $29k with 80,000 miles. They are not exactly easy to come by, sure you may find one or two white ones out there but then do they have all the extras (keyless go, pano, etc) and most people looking at these cars now a days are also interested in modding and can see all that money they will save with a already done up car for only a few thousand more.
I wouldn't take less than $25,000, I would list it for $27k on auto trader, cars.com or ebay (or several of them) as well as here and wait it out. Hold out for someone who is actually serious and has the ability to get a loan or have the money to buy the car unlike some young kid who is just dreaming/tire kicking and is gonna try and beat you down and nit pick expressing how your car isn't worth squat. Hold out for $25k or keep it! I just think of how many people out there pay around $20k for stage 3 B5 S4s that have 500whp or so (2000-2002 year range) and this is a far nicer car and also a few years newer.
And I am shocked the dealer actually offered Rays $18k for his, they usually make completely embarrasing/insulting offers (think $12k) so I think that says a little too with his mileage also not being far off yours.
