Went to PBIR last night............
How's this for a teaser?
Okay I got it sorry for the tease no I'm not!
Don't know the DA, but it was raining just south of thr track and was very humid. I got there late, and had 25mins left to run. So I hot lapped, with no ice, no cool down, bad track prep(spun through first gear on all three runs), and no wait to run.!Got 3 runs in.
Back-to-Back-to-Back
First run against Jim (amx1397)
second run against a Camaro SS
third run against Jim again
ENJOY..........Jim beat me on both runs and ran a low of 11.2 earlier in the evening.

updated the first post.
Yes I did.
I ****** wish. It's too hot and I had no meth or ice.
11.6 and 11.7
hot lapping like that, my trap lost a tenth and my mph dropped 1 on each pass. And would not hook for sh*t!
vids are up top.

Tried to roll out but it's hard when you see the other car launch without spinning. So I mashed it.

maybe we should combine the two threads. I had more fun last night than I've had in a long time. from 7:04 pm to 9:48 pm I got in 12 runs slowest was 12.4and the fastest was 12.2, mile-per-hour was 122 to 124
yep had to wait on red bulljnky to have some competition.

He needs to drop his 60ft. How ever much you can drop your 60ft time is worth around twice that on your time. If you normally cut 1.70 60ft and run 11.50 and you drop your 60ft to 1.60 you will pick up about .2 and run a 11.30. Easiest way to run a good time is focus on the first 60ft then move from there. I've ran a best of 6.59@105 and 60ft was around 1.53. Now if i could of turned that into a 1/4 mile pass it would of been something. Focus on getting out of the hole as hard as you can and you will run a 10 in no time.

The Quaiffe goes in next week (thanks to chawkins) and a new meth controller, and a tweak to the tune. Then all I'll need is good prep in order to hook and we got 10s all day.
If you listen close enough you can hear some people talking trash about my car untill the first run. That always happens.

Hey its good to see you back at the track again. I went to the track last night also (without the E) Went with my son and his S4. Track was in NJ and the weather was decent, prep was OK. He made his first 11 sec pass with regular street tires.
I told him he's going to reading the AMG/// logo when we line up. lol

Those are some fantastic runs!!! Proud of you and Jim both!! 10's are close for you, no doubt!
We have record heat here in TN, my next drag race likely won't be until late September when I do the 1/2 mile event in Clayton GA... Craig, you're coming to that too right?
