All of our kits now use new parts.
We start with a new OEM MB 80mm SC inlet and machine it to 82mm. We don't start with a used inlet or TB. The TB itself is brand new now and has a warranty from Bosch too.
We also offer free adjustments to the tune if it's needed.

I assume this is for the 55, any options for those of us with the 63s? if so, what kind of power would a bigger TB roughly yield once tuned over a stock motor and tune? Headers a big necessity to deal with the increased air coming in?

I doubt it'll help, it has two decently sized throttle bodies from the get go. The intake manifold though may be of interest since it's completely different on an SLS ( the SLS intake manifold makes the E63's look like junk in comparison...lol ).
