Sucks man, I know that feeling oh to well from my Audi. 7 broken transmissions in that thing, but shredding teeth off gears is usually my problem. It sucks to think about it but maybe you need to call up Paramount Performance or Southern Hotrod about a built tranny that will supposedly take anything, they are like $4500 though if I remember right which is a little tough to swallow.

RBJ I think you need to find out why it went into limp mode so you dont have this issue again. I am thinking the torque values exceeded the permissible parameters.

Bet that was a big relief to Ya RBJ! I was thinking no way in hell did the second trans go that quick.. Maybe try taking up the slack, but not at 1500 RPMS, maybe like 1100? What ever is closer to idle for that 60'

Alright fells, yes the trans went into limp mode. But the problem now is trying figure out why it did. We can't duplicate the conditions from last night. So it's gonna be tough. But we are on it, that's for sure.
And just so every one knows this was not the same trans as before. That one is being sent out to be built up. This is only a temp. It's a rebuilt stocker with a rebuilt tq. It will be used as a spare later.

You are absolutely right! We already reset thru star and retuned to 93oct. That puts power at 527hp 578tq. Time to take it easy for awhile. But thank you sir!
