I replaced the spark plugs at 50k miles on my 2007 E63.
You should be able to get more miles out of them but I like to be aggressive in my preventive maintenance schedule. I've seen threads on here talking about people going up to 100k miles on one set.
Are you having any performance issues?

It currently idles well and runs well but i posted another thread after this one. That the other night i notice that I was driving on the highway doing 95mph on 7th gear when i press the gas pedal(lightly) to speed up it started to misfire or shaking. But at that time press it harder it downshift to 6 and car sped up to triple digits without a problem. So if i press on the gas pedal lightly to speed up it does it but if i press it rough it downshift and does not misfire or shake. by the way the engine was at 2000 rpm before i press the pedal. What the hell is this guys. No engine light either no CEL. Is this tranny? the other menbers said it could be 02 sensor going
