The last dealer I worked for, there was a customer that purchased a new sl63. That night while it was parked in his underground parking spot in Chicago, we had record rain. The water line from the dirt was above the steering wheel
it only took him 1 day to total it
btw a few loaner cars were flooded too

See what I did there... oh yea.
On that note:
I sank a 22R Toyota SR5 4 x 4 all the way to the roof for 18 hours... Had it dredged out, and after a good drying, drove it for 8 more years LOL Never got the silt out though. You could beat the seat years later, and see the sparkles shimmer.
