I would ask Serge @ Benzworks if this is even necessary unless you have the symptoms (white smoke, CEL, etc). This is a very costly swap that will run you into the high $4-5k mark.

AutoTalent in Carson can take care of it. They did all the work on my E55 as well as my other cars over the years.

What else are you doing besides the ARP bolts? Are you having head studs or just factory style bolts put in?
