SC doesn't turn on in 1. and 2. gear ?!

2004 E55,1969 300SEL6.3,2011 ML350 BlueTec Diesel,2005 ML400 CDI
We installed the old SC-Clutch and now we got 1,05bar (15.34psi) in the 2. gear at wot.
Baro pressure already subtracted.
But i'm not sure if that is correct.
But the problem is still there.
In second gear at full throttle the esp light begun to flash, and the power was restricted after i got grip again the sc didn't switch on.

It could be possible that the secondary throttle body is not functioning properly and is bleeding off boost pressure.
