They told me I violated the "Public Nuisance ordinance law"... I have 10 day to comply or they will file a report with the police department. In a way they are right, I wouldn't want my neighbor to be a nuisance to me.

Peter,
Find a way to keep the headers. I feel that down the road you will regret selling them. The way I see it is that ARH headers for our cars are the BEST LTH money can buy you period!!!

I am in the same boat as you when it comes to the neighbors!... So I installed the 200 Cell Cats, swapped for an E55 exhaust, and installed Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonators right before the mufflers. It's not super loud at Cold Start and at WOT maintains the Longtube unique sound. The other benefit is that it reduces the fwy drone between 1800-2000 rpm. Everyone calls me crazy but I like it!
If I had to do it again, I might consider trying to fit an Agency Power Valvetronic C63 exhaust just to scare people at stoplights.

we don't have that "law" (figured there would be bigger fish to fry right?) here, but one of my neighbors that disliked me complained to me when he said my C55 with only deleted resonators was too loud, so every night when i'd come home, i'd make a U-turn in their driveway and smash on the gas hard with my exhaust facing their bedroom when i'd drive away. they got the point after a while and never complained again, even with my new resonator deleted E63

Do you park your beast in the garage or in the driveway? Onething you can do which is what I did when I had my 04 cobra, is to cold start it in the garage with the door down for the first 15 seconds.
It muffles the sound tremendously, and you would could pull out real quick, and be on your way.
