My local trimming company who mainly do trimming on vintage and classic cars have decided to move into the custom market for high end prestige interiors and are looking for a car to retrim to use in a car show to show and to use in a advertising compain . They have in the past made seats for luxury speed boats , air craft and every thing else you can think off . The deal they have offerd is I just pay for the materials and they will do the rest for free .
They have the ability to alter the shape of the seats , head rests , alter the shape off the rear seat , leather head lining , cover the dash , full works to my desighn .
So what do you think ? My thinking is
Make the seats more like the sls seats
Alacantra seat centre sections diamond quilted
Alacantra dash
Leather head lining in diamond quilt
Leather door cards with quilting
All in black leather with grey alacantra
They want to cover every thing that's plastic in leather or any thing to my choice ,
Thoughts any one ?

 

Quilting on the doors and seats a la s65.
Convert the back seats to buckets a la cls.

 

Marc - you are really pimpin your ride ....How is the carbon fiber reservoir coming along ?

 

Quite well , the plug/ buck is all finished and will be casting the mold next week

center front door leathers have always been an eye sore. Does not even come across as leather. Looking forward to the progress

 

Alcantara dash+door tops are nice. Pulls the interior together nicely.



Diamond stitch leather would be nice on the seats, as well as the door cards.


Also a nice two tone interior would do wonders.

 

I was thinking of two tone , maybe grey alacantra and black leather , or all in black leather with head lining and dash in alacantra .

 

Maybe red seat belts or color options for seat belts.
