E55 AMG on Ethanol-Meth; 600rwhp BMW M5
B.I.P Monthly Newsletter (new builds inside)

We have been pretty busy at the shop, and wanted to share our recently finished builds along with our new ones.

We just finished our first Stage 2 Horse Power Freaks E46 M3 Turbo build last week. The car turned out great, and made copious amounts of power. If memory serves me correctly, it made 550rwhp on our Dynamics Dyno.

We are very close to finishing our Stage 3 Horsepower Freaks E46 M3 build which included a sleeved block with forged rods and pistons and crank, built SMG tranny with TCU tune, meth, full exhaust, and stand alone ECU. This car should make over 700rwhp on our Dyno once it is all buttoned up.

Couple pics for you guys:

Onto our next build we just finished up, a G-Powered M6 Vert with custom body work done to the customers request as he likes to standout in the crowd It has twin superchargers as you can see in the pics, and we plan to run it against Jasons e39 Blown M5 making 600rwhp and Chawkins W211 E55 on E85 and Meth this weekend to see what it does. It will be on our dyno today, and we will release the results shortly.

Enjoy the pics and vid

Onto the AMG'S, we just finished up a CL63 tune on this beast, and we will release the dyno sheet, it made some nice gains.

The white E55 you see in the picture is a full stage 3 with a monster 195mm ASP windmill, and our pin kit to ensure stability. It will be wrapped up the end of this week ready for the customer. Once tuning is buttoned up, we will post the results. It has a nice killer chiller system along with some other upgrades

We just finished some maintenance and tuned this V12 Biturbo monster and with a tune only, it made 550rwhp and well over 600rwtq on our Dynamics Dyno. We are still working on it due to a boost drop off in the upper rpms. Results of the tuning will be release in this thread

As far as the Maseratti goes, he came in for some maintenance items, custom exhaust work, and is looking for tuning.

Lastly, our whippled 2.9 Jag Project is moving along at a medium pace due to the custom nature of everything that is involved. So far we have completed a sleeved block with a forged bottom end, ported and polished heads, custom intake for the twin screw blower, built tranny, fuel system and rear end. Customer wants 700rwhp out of this build

Nice stuff. What are you guys doing to do the Stage 3 HPF car? I think there have only been 2 stage 3 builds done outside of their shop.

Thanks fellas, appreciate the comments and questions. Steve, next time you are in town, at least throw the beetle on the Dyno to see what she makes. Hopefully clock more than 150mph, that is slow brotha

Charlie, the customer that is doing the stage 3 build originally had a RMS kit on his M3. It started out making 470rwhp on our dyno, and he loved the car in the beginning. After a month, he thought it felt slow, so he brought it back in, and we pullied it down. It ended up around 550rwhp. Samething, after a month he felt it was slow, and due to the nature of the V2 centrifugal Vortech huffer, he learned building power with rpm was not what he wanted. He decided to do a built bottom end, and naturally go with HPF turbo kit, as they are BAWS

We are just buttoning up the stage 3 build with the meth kit. The car has been cranked, and all that is left is some tweaking on the tuning. It will be at Silver Dollar Drags next month on November 17. It should trap 140mph in our opinion.

H, that white E55 has a very unique heat exchanger setup, has this HUGE front mount HE, but no plumbing. It must be a new design that nobody knows about, HAHA That beast should be done by Monday.

Should be EPIC!
