HAs anyone done a warranty through Bruce recently? I emailed his personal email he's used, and also went on Beck's site and emailed that email as well.

I asked my credit union, there have a pretty good plan for my 2007 e63 that a certified up until june of this year, they quoted me around 2800.00 for the platinum plan 3/36000 miles, and the plan looks pretty good, covered all electrical and drivetrain and suspension, very few things the didn't cover...

You have to have a costco membership. I also put it on my costco Amex and got 2 percent back. They do zero interest financing only to 18 months. It's direct from costco called the vpp or vehicle protection plan. I couldn't find my email but I will but here is the number. (877) 900-9025 . It's based on years and miles. And the vpp does not have a 30 day or 1000 miles hold its active the day you start. If people want to email me chrisby79@gmail.com I can forward you the PDF of coverage and exclusions. I love costco and they have had great deals so tried it and impressed.

60k is the magic "highwater" mark - if you can find a car < 60k you'll score a good deal...
also, most warranty companies (or financiers for that matter) won't cover a car > 6 years old
