Just got home from NED.. Ran a 12.03 @ 115 with a 1.80 60'.. This is without the s/c pulley on, so tune only.

Weather is not looking to go for saturday, so I think im done for the season.. Did you figure out the clk wheels yet?

ill have them on the car tom,left them at my friends shop.You went up there and ran without the clks?

ya street tires.. Got to get them real hot to hook.. Who drilled them for you?

it takes 5 seconds to drill the holes,bought a 5/8th bit and drilled each each hole.legot took like 5 seconds per hole.

Thanks Craig.. I really think I need to do the split cooling.. My AITs at the beginning of my run were around 100 and at the end got up to around 150.. Ambient was around 50..

As much as I'd like to spend the day with you guys to lay down some consistent 14-second passes, I will be working on some "not so glamorous" home improvement projects this weekend. Winter is coming....

It's easy, we need to get you out there. Get the tires nice and hot and you'll have no problems making a good pass.

Damn last day. I'm out for tire reasons too. Not looking to get rubber all over the cv3's.

I'm at townfair getting new fronts and alignment.just dropped 625 for 2 front super sports and just installed the special bolts from mb to help camber.

PS for people that have a whine with there car I bought mb power steering fluid and added a little and my car is silent now(it was a little low)so I think the whine is the power steering pump.

DUDE! I told you to run on street tires... I dont want to hear this "I wont hook" bull**** anymore lol. A 1.80 on streets is insane at NED! Best I ever managed was a 1.89 there and was able to crack into the 11s.

Ill try to get the X5M out there on saturday... you better bring the beast if its not raining. If I can get some decent launches we should have some good runs. I just have to pray to catch a perfect tree against you. I might have to run the race gas tune to make things interesting!!!!

Im getting the pulley put on saturday morning.. If EC is able to get me a re-tune after that, then ill head there for sure and make a couple passes.. Would definately be in the 11s then.. But If I cant get a re-tune, then I cant run it.

Oh for sure. I could see you cracking off a 11.8x on streets with that S/C pulley. With drags 11.6-11.7. I wonder what the trap will be? 119+? Thats hauling man! I wish I could have figured out my beast before I sold it. Would have loved to see a 120 trap. Ive been looking at some SL55s for a summer car. Cant wait to get back into an AMG.

I had 4 big guys in the car and the front shock popped and slammed my car to the ground.I jacked it up and the link came off the sensor so I don't know if its from an airnatic failure that it cane off or from the guys that changed my tires and maybe bumped it and it popped off.

Didn't ruin the night though I babied it home and took out the Honda and went to tens lol

worked on the car most of the day but need to install tb and remove front grill and filters in the morning.

Still cant put the power down even in second gear with the r888s tho but the car feels faster than ever,3rd rear litterally lifts the front of the car up lol

I might stop by in the afternoon.. Ill have my pulley on, but no re-tune

I ended up using a 15mm spacer and the longer lugs I got with my f14s to run the r888s the 20mm adapters pushed the wheels to far out.
