go ahead and call verizon and ask my friend...you are 100% wrong on this one.Not only does my verizon hookup own 12 private stores,my other friend works way in in corporate and thats how I got my iphone 5 for 300 bucks.
There is no way in hell you can keep a 29.95 unlimited data plan using an upgrade,they will re write your contract up,go ahead and call verizon to confirm.

when you buy the phone full retail you are not touching the contract and just changing a phone and they cant take you off your unlimted that way,but to get a subsidized phone they will put you on a 2gb limited plan

I have a question. By saying the phone is "unlocked" that would mean the phone would work on any carrier so why is it a Verizon phone if it is "unlocked?" It would just be an iPhone for any cell provider due to it being unlocked no?

the att,sprint and everyone else is NOT UNLOCKABLE yet and only the verizon one is.
This is what I was told today from the kid that bought my cell for 850,he said the sprint one is junk and he cant activate it on another network,remember the iphone 5 comes with a special nano sim and each sim is married with the phone and you never use another sim.
you cant use a gsm or even a normal cdma/lte 4g sim in it and have to always use the sim that comes with the phone from apple

I don't care what phone you are selling, don't get angry because you can't read and don't look carefully enough to see that some vital information was missing when you accepted the bet, you lost the bet because you ASSUMED I was on Verizon.

I tell him he cant use an upgrade and he clearly says he is on verizon and then you post right after him saying you can keep your unlimited data using an upgrade trying point out that what Im telling the person is wrong and not true when in fact you are not even on the same network as us.

the 32gb is 300 with 2 year contract but you will lose your unlimted data plan if you use an upgrade.
people are now forced to buy phones full retail price to keep there old unlimited plans.

I use alot of sling box hd and do a bunch of internet tethering at work.
This phone is 100% clean esn and not stolen and can give you the numbers to have them doubled checked

what vital information is missing why you ****ing post you can keep your unlimted data after I just told the guy trying to get the phone for 200 will get him off his unlimted plan,you said I am wrong after what was said above and you dont mention you are on att like the other guy before you posts so I figured that you must be on verizon since you are saying what I told the buyer was wrong.
I mean this is fun and all but seriously the bet was made with everything laid out right infront of you.

hey someone that actually bought a cdma/lte iphone 5 and is using it on a network that dosnt even sell the iphone 5 yet,if you go on apple.com and look up unlocked iphone 5s they say they wont work on cdma or lte and only gsm.
your cell my friend came from someone that activated it on verizon at one point and is why they are selling for what they are on ebay
can I ask you if you used the sim that came in the phone?Im pretty sure you did because tmobile dosnt have an apple nano sim and there is no way to get one from apple to let you make it work on tmobil but from what I heard today the oem verizon sim will activate on other networks once its been deactivated from verizon

My wifes lasts 4-5 hrs when out and about but its ok when on wifi ...

picking up 2 brand new black galaxy s3s today for verizon!!! the black ones came out today and only getting 2 per store.
550 each and these are BRAND NEW and never even out the box with clean esn's
