the cf vents are most likely made up of a real carbon fiber sheet and just cut precisely to the vents... i just bought a sheet 12x18 cost me $50
am going to use this for my shift surround as well and see how it turns out

Now as for the vents:
I purchased these, as they seemed to be closest. I am not sure if the much cheaper C63 ones would work but you can always try.

Once I got them they weren't quite going to work without some modification (Chris "Mikey33" and I were going to try to find a way to work with the E63 bumper):
But when I took it all to my body guy who is super talented he told me it would be to much work to make it all fit just right and we cut them up and used them as inserts resulting in the pics above.
Now as for the vents:

Chris (Mikey33) of CK Carbon Imports has hooked me up with my CF engine cover and python tubes.
Gary at Suvneer for the CF front lip and diffuser.
Prev owner had the CF shift knob, rear spoiler, mirror covers and had the wood interior redone in real CF, can only imagine the cost for the interior.
