Brought the new toy home!
Picked up my first AMG today! We have had a SLK 230 for two years now, and really liked it. We had been saving for this for a few years, and were waiting for the right one, I think we did alright. Its a 2006 E55, 46,000 miles with designo (blue) seats, pano, keyless, window shades, nav. It was in perfect condition just got new brakes and a fuel pump. Silver car, love it so far for the 20 miles I have put on it.

Took it out today to the Columbia River Gorge area east of Portland, was too dark last night, so sorry for the delays, still learning all the functions of this car. The car had been owned by an Intel employee before me, and looks day one new.

Its too bad the one I looked at in Seattle would have looked perfect with this cars interior, it was kind of a blue grey. The one in Seattle was a better color, but in the end this one was in better shape, and had 3k less miles. The other one had just had the power trunk motor replaced for major $$$ kind of made me glad when I saw that this car did not have the power trunk

I paid 28900 for it, I think I will do the carbon fiber intake tubes, mostly for looks, and long tube headers, unless I can not pass DEQ with them, then shortys, I will have to search for that one. Most of our cars have headers, so its a good start. We have a trail jeep for playing offroad, and its got some issues now so it is getting all the attention for now
