SC Pulley installation question

So I just got the SC pulley. Very giddy about putting it in.

Question: I was expecting 'some' instructions to come with the pulley, but nothing showed up other than the cable/shims/pulley.

What's the torque specification on the supercharger pulley? Anyone have a step-by-step procedure that can be followed online much like the C32 pulley installation? Even Code 3 sent me some paperwork. I expect this job shouldn't be 'too' hard. Similar to the 32. But input is appreciated.

Note: Before anyone jumps into this. I have *NO* air tools nor do I intend to use them since I'd rather not snap the SC pulley bolt, assuming it's anything like the 32's. I have NO intention of lifting the motor. I plan on doing this in my garage downstairs. I've got a strap wrench to hold the pulley steady and of course can take the belt off the tensioner and what not.

I helped do a friends. we had to remove the front engine cover underneath the car. then remove some screws that held the fan shroud in place and un clip a water line of some kid that clips into the shroud. after the shroud was loose then raise the shroud a couple of inches to put tools through the shroud to access pulley bolt straight on. we used an electric snap on impact to loosen the bolt and strap wrench holding pulley. good luck

they say removing the two motor mount bolts from underneath and raising the motor with jack plus 2x4 is easier but I have not done that method.

No, it's the actual SC pulley. Not the crank pulley.

I didn't even pull any motor mount bolts, just put a block of wood under the engine and raise it up until it starts to lift the car. Remove the shroud on top of the radiator and it's a straight shot. Also, you won't break the bolt if you use a impact gun to remove it.

Good luck not using air tools. I bought the most powerful 1/2" impact wrench I could find locally and even modified my air compressor to raise the pressure and it still took me HOURS of trying to loosen the bolt. Even heat did nothing to it. Mines was almost welded on.

I know. you raise the motor or remove the radiator shroud so you can access the sc bolt straight on. if not i don't think you have enough room to get to bolt.

Hey, there's always 10ft of breaker bar and a tall ladder

If only you can keep the pulley from spinning with such a breaker bar. I snapped my strap with the breaker bar. I tried the breaker bar but I just couldn't keep it from spinning and then...snap! lol

Well, I thought the unbreakable strap and second 10ft breaker bar was implied!
