Welcome to the club. At least your did not cut any of the coolant hose. Mine cut one of the small coolant hose and also tored up the hood insulator.
I now change the belt once a year!

What is the cause of the belt failure?
Additionally, why does Red Tooth Racing not supply stainless or zinc plated fasteners with their products (Belt Warp Kit)? That rusted mild steel bolt looks terrible.

Curious if you are running an aftermarket crank pulley and if so which? Also noticed the belt wrap kit on there, interesting................... Miles on the setup? Curious what went south.

I check mine (Goodyear Gatorback) every time I refuel. I replace the belt at the first sign of wear although the Gatorbacks seem to hold up and grip better. I also carry a spare belt and a 17mm 12 point in the boot.
ASP pulleys/tensioner throughout with Z rated bearings.

I just checked mine this am and all looks good. I have the 3 ASP pullies and belt wrap kit, with ASP 178 crank pulley. When I did the install, I measured the distance of the pullies from a particular point to make sure the new ASP and belt wrap kit pullies were the same distance wise from a particular point as the OEM pullies, and they were.
I am curious about the rust on your bolt. My bolt looks just like they did when I got it, no rust or anything on it.
Good luck on finding the problem and solution.

is there a possibility the belt was not fully on? Happens. Also, your driving style, do you lay on it then abruptly back off ? Curious. I know at least some of the multipiece ASP/EC crank pulleys tossed belts often, but have not seen where the one you have has done it.

another belt was installed and within 10 miles.. started to come off. than another belt installed and everything was looked over really close and checked multiple times(pulleys and belt install) few days later of driving and everything is fine. i have been doing short pulls and driving normal too without any problems yet. shardul and brooke have been really helpful with it. if another belt goes i have some ideas to see whats making them come off. sounds like its only a matter of time, but i am watching it very very close

i dont think so. it seemed to have a nice tight bearing still. id like to get a dial indicator and measure the amount of play on all of my pulley's to compare with others. what seems normal to me may not be to others ect. the tensioner could also be getting weak.

wow, very interesting. Keep us updated. When you drove the 10 miles and shredded the last belt, by chance did you jump on it and let go abruptly? Just curious the belt whip that I mentioned has anything to do with it .

I have a similar setup but not identical smaller SC pulley (1.5k miles), 175mm crank pulley (15k miles) and belt wrap kit (1.5k miles). My tensioner and other pulley's are OEM but all less than 10k miles on them.
