It's a TTM car because Bruce worked on it and dialed it in
Why do you have to be such a hater man?

If stating the facts is being a hater then so be it. I actually congratulated him.

RaceHorse drives a CL65. I know him. Was there when he got tuned and went racing with him at MIR. You must be talking about a different car

He's talking about JT's car, black cl55 with hoosier's on it, and yes it's a TTM car.
It ran 2 11.03 @ 125.xx back to back yesterday and then broke the diff.
I was there yesterday.

Thanks Ahmad, I need to get that quaife in already, one wheels burnouts is not cutting it anymore, it was so frustrating yesterday. I'll have it before the next rental.

Me and my 245lbs took 2 passes in it and the CL55 went 11.13 and then I lined up again immediately and went 11.11.

TJ went 11.03 and then immediately lined up again and went 11.03 again. How is that for consistency!!! Tried to line her up once more after the (2) 11.03's to go for the elusive 10 and that is when the rear grenaded!

Mike- You know what you have to do and I hope I'm there when your E goes into the 10's.......low into the 10's!!!

Rich(racehorse) was a great student and we tried a couple of things and it seemed to work as the 60' times were INCREDIBLE but, with that BS open diff ,at times it was annoying and frustrating!!! Congrats Rich. Nice work!!!

I will pm you on how to do a burnout without lsd and still get two tires hot just in case you go to the track before the quaife install. You can do gears while you're in the diff too.

It was really his 5 year old BF Goodrich drag tires that caused the most problems but a Quaife will help tremendously!

I didn't realize you were that close...MPH is right there...You were having better luck with the loaner tires, but the car shifts and the drivers side stops, I saw it a few times. One sticky tire is not enough. Good luck it will happen. Gotta get the Mickey Thomson's 265/40/18 and the LSD will do the trick.

Come on I should be going for my masters soon. Could you imagine a normal LSD burnout, time and time again? I would certainly be more consistent with every launch. With that said, I still managed to tie the record 60 ft and have the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th fastest 60 ft times on drag times for the cl65

Yessss I was all ears haaha, we're gonna do it at the next rental and you're gonna be there! Thanks for all the help again Bruce, you're always pushing everyone to go faster what more can I say
But Bruce how can my old DR's can go bad from the last rental, I was able to cut high 1.60's with ease all day that time, I know they're old but to get dried up like that in a month , I'm gonna look at the manufacture date before I dispose of them.

Also congrats on TJ's build, such a transformation since the last rental in so little time, he has the quickest cl55 out there

Thanks Brandon, it was really a tough day but thanks to Rich when he suggested to try my friends tires I was able to pull this pass.

It's unbelievable how you have this launch technique down to an art to cut those sixties the way you do run after run, you have definitely perfected this , well I'm gonna bombard you with questions soon so expect a pm from me shortly lol

Good meeting you Rich, well thanks for the advice you gave me to change the tires, that did the trick, and yes Quaife is on the way and so are the tires

The air was much cooler and the track did not have the temperature in it like the last rental. BF's are notoriously hard tires compared to MT's and Hoosiers. Tires begin to break down when not used and a 5 year old drag radial will do that even faster with the extreme heat cycles that are put through them. Quaife+MT's or Hoosiers=10.XX! Can't wait to see that. You deserve that brother!!!

Having you absorb what I was saying and explaining to you and then having you go out there and do it makes you a graduate already brother and, with seat time,.....a MASTER!!
