Still getting a throttle hiccup after retune...
It's *less* than it was before, and can be masked easily if you push the throttle between gear shifts, but it's still there and definitely noticeable. I shouldn't have to be dealing with this right?
Bolt was torqued to 90 ft lbs. All shims were used. No problem with the clutch engaging. Tune was re-done. So why am I still getting this damn hiccup when I switch from light to heavier throttle? Any help would be appreciated before I talk to EC again.

Are you sure the hiccup isn't just the SC engagement when you go past the needed load to get it to engage(i.e. light throttle to heavier throttle)? Generally you're going to feel it "jerk" the car slightly when it engages, and adding the pulley will only make that more pronounced.

Jerry recommended I pull the battery too. I'm going to give that a shot. Hopefully that solves it.

I tried the battery disconnect last night but it did not resolve the issue.
I'm scheduled to dyno tune this Tuesday in hopes EC can make it smoother or hopefully eliminate it completely.
I'll share my results when we're done.

Sounds like a normal supercharger engagement type thing. Not sure how it is with a smaller supercharger pulley but I guess I could see someone who doesn't know any better thinking there was something wrong from the little jolt of engagement with a bigger crank pulley, perhaps it is the same with the supercharger pulley

This place is a joke.
The throttle body also closes partially/fully when shifting gears at certain loads/RPMs. That and the supercharger engagement, some of what you are feeling is normal operation.

Should I regap the pulley closer to spec? Seems unusually violent for normal engagement.

it is not just a forward jerk on mine. it is a fall flat on it's face stumble, then a jerk forward. combined with the trans trying to shift up too quick, makes for a very jerky ride. it even does it while holding it in gear.
