Last Chance for FREE Retunes!! - Order before 2013!
Hope you all are enjoying the Holiday Weekend!
FYI - Starting in 2013 all new Eurocharged customers will be charged a small fee for reflashes. As our company grows, we see the need to have a dedicated person available to assist customers with retunes / reflashes. We do a huge number of these reflashes weekly and we want to continue to provide outstanding customer support. As a result, we will need to charge a small fee for these reflashes.
All new customers purchasing after 2012 will incur this fee when they need a reflash / retune. The charge will be very minimal but it is needed to continue moving forward.
So, in light of this I ordered a HUGE batch of handheld programmers!

heck, i didn't know they were free. lol. i need some adjustments! to bad car is going to be off the road for awhile.
john reed called you a week or 2 ago about both you guys working together to tune my car at psi. while i know that custom tune won't be free, really looking forward to getting 2 of the best guys in the biz together at the same time to tune it!!!

Glad I got in before the changes. I was shocked you had free re-tunes at all honestly. Even at a small fee its a heck of a deal and better then everything I've seen across several cars I've worked on in the past. Normally you have to repay by the hour or a full flat fee for a tune from others in my experience.

shoot all emails to sales@eurocharged.com so we all see it and can get you the help you need in a more timely fashion. Unfortunately Jerry is usually tied up on the dyno. We are making changes like the above to better service requests like these!

Way to put the heat on! I'm really going to have to jump on the holiday sale. If I purchase now would I be able to set something up after the new year to come check you guys out? I'm only just down the road. I'd also be interested in getting a baseline if possible.
