GTR Graphite Grey dipped CLS55 Wheels on the E55

A friend and forum member (zach1745) hooked me up major and now my girl finally some clean shoes. I've grown to love the color combo. Thought I'd share for anyone else interested in these wheels and color combo.

Haha I should have been more clear. Dipped as in water transfer.

Nick, correct. I believe it to be K11. I'll try to verify.

Pressure wash ? depending on how many coats he got. I can take my car to a touchless car wash and everything comes out fine. Only thing is that if there is a rip in the dip somewhere it could get worse.

Like I have 7 coats on mine. Watch the liink

19's 8.5-9.5 ... I believe. There's lots of guys running CLS55 wheels on here so they can correct me if I'm wrong. ET25 and ET28 if I'm correct. 285 in the rear.

I'll get a close up. But water transfer is a chemical process. Probably more reliable than paint. I wouldn't be afraid to pressure wash it or run it through a car wash.

Water transfer painting sounds intriguing. If I didn't have a paint shop if be interested in checking this process out.

Water transfer is more reliable but paint is more repairable. And if you curb a wheel it doesn't matter what you have. Luckily Scotty left these wheels in pristine condition.

I love the CLS rims... had them on my car right before I sold it. Looks great, lower it now! Don't go too low or they will rub.

Here's my pic to justify not lowering.. Haha someone was going to say it and when I looked at this pic and figured it would work for justification. Not that it matters. I scrape pulling in my driveway as it sits so it was never going lower.
