Thanks guys I get it now. Quite simple. I will check it tomorrow as the car is at my buddies shop, on his lift, waiting for the wheels to come back.

So how does eurocharged pulley and tune combo compare w/ the pulley and tune that u would get from bruce @ ttm? I see the eurocharhed is more expensive. More importanly has anyone ever dyno before and after of both of them?

I can't wait for this answer from someone who knows but I can say that I had planned to get the small sc pulley from eurocharge and their tune and have TT motorsports 'Bruce' do the minimal work. I am pretty sure that me and my buddy (owns mechanic shop) can do it in an hour or so but like NJ says, his guy did the work for $150.

I am telling you, save your money on install labor of the supercharger pulley. If it was a crank pulley I would say pay to have it done, but the supercharger needs no special tools like the crank pulley tool to hold it in place and it is stupid easy to do. Literally 30 minutes if you work slow with hand tools faster with battery/air impact removing bolts.

Great review! I'm going to get one of these too very very soon and I can't wait!!
Question regarding the tune and belt wrap kit. If the smaller diameter causes an inherent slip at high rpm and a little bit of boost is lost - does the Eurocharged map account for tune in those load cells with the drop in boost, or...? I ask this because I'll want to get the belt wrap kit too if it makes another 1psi or so by reducing slippage, but I don't want to run the belt wrap kit if it means the tune I'll have doesn't take account of the extra boost which will be generated. Does that make sense?

It seems that some people notice a huge difference the the belt wrap kit....
I have a theory that the amount of benefit you see is directly related to the condition of your tensioner. If the tensioner is worn and doesnt have adequate spring pressure to control belt slip, then the wrap kit will provide dramatic benefit. If everything is in good working order, I think the amount of benefit from the wrap kit is probably much less noticeable.
Ultimately, having more contact area on the pulleys will help prevent slippage.... But I think if you know you are losing boost with the stock setup it's probably worth checking the contain of the factory tensioner before buying a wrap kit.

Upper, $232 click
The upper (#2) tensions supercharger belt, the lower (#3) tensions serpentine accessories belt.
If you end up with a noisy or sloopy looking pulley (one of the accessory pullies such as the double pulley in upper left of engine, or the supercharger tensioner pulley), there are ASP aftermarket pullies you can buy as sets or individually. The member SHARDUL who is a sponsor can set you up with those down the road if you choose.
Without belt wrap kit and ASP pullies intalled
That is also a pic of the belt wrap kit being talked about which also uses one of those ASP pullies to pull the belt more for the "wrap" effect.

You'll be happy with the new parts. Also might want get a new pump to install as well if you are still on the original pump. I got the updated Bosch 010 pump . As far as install, i got Benz Elite to do the install. There is funktion auto in sterling but more pricey than BElite.

I can tell you from experience (with my supercharged truck) that without the belt wrap kip, there is not enough belt wrap if you go with a smaller blower pulley. You will probably not notice anything, but if you wiped everything really clean and did some blasts, you will find belt dust. And if you checked boost, you would be down vs if you had a belt wrap kit.

I just bought the EC kit and getting it installed in a few days. Pulley, ECU tune and tcu tune. What can I expect as far as drivability? Will it be docile at all or just dangerous. What I'm getting at is will I be able to let my girlfriend drive it and feel comfortable with it?

From what I have read about the SC pulleys, your foot is what determines who gets blasted with the menacing AMG fury. So if she drives with a light foot, I don't see it as being a problem..

your girlfriend will be able to drive it!
thats the good thing with these beasts, they are a subtle ride when you want them to be and beasts at the touch of the throttle!

If you're referring to the clutched upper pulley and tune, it won't be any different than stock and the only thing that will change that is your foot. Remember, the clutched pulley engages and disengages the blower (boost), therefore, if she drives normal, then it wouldn't be any different than stock other than a more smooth, driveable ride.
Also, when/if she drives it, put the trans in 'C' mode just for safety measures

If you buy a strap wrench for $9 bucks from lowes and use an opened end 17mm (I think) you can avoid having to use an impact gun....this also avoids the need of taking the shroud apart......its much quicker.....the only problem is you need 2 people.....I held the strap wrench and my brother was the muscle to loosen the pulley bolt......you can try heating the bolt up too to try and melt some of the loctite but not sure how effecive that actually is.....also when putting it back on you only need 40lbs of torque......its not alot at all but make sure you use loctite when reinstalling it......good luck.....any questions let me know.....
great mod, i love it and all my friends are surprised at the difference in power. car is smoother now too. of note, my stock pulley spins stiffly, so it was time for a new one sooner or later. if i had known, i would have gotten it sooner. the Eurocharged sale on the pulley and tune was just what I needed to pull the trigger. definitely recommend it!

Thanks guys! I'm getting it installed in T-minus 4 hours, can't wait. Sometimes I debate whether I'm crazy for needing more power. But I guess its a sickness I'll have to deal with. I deff can't wait to see how much smoother it will drive. I do find my car surges sometimes. And if that fixes that problem alone I'll be a happy customer. Im sure the extra grunt will be much appreciated.

I purchased the S/C pulley and tune from Eurocharged for $750. I Received the pulley today and will be installing next week. I am having the Eurocharged tech come to the hose for the tune. I attempted to remove the S/C pulley bolt today with a box end wrench. . . . forget it. I then tried my 24" breaker bar and the car was moving more than the bolt. I'll borrow a compressor and impact wrench from my neighbor as I am sure I will need it. I do not plan on upgrading the cooling in any way since I should be able to control the number of hard pulls. The dyno trip may be the hard part. :-) Hoping to get in the neighborhood of 50hp at the crank from the mod. We'll see.
