There's nothing I appreciate more than other members posting their mod pics, so I thought I'd share mine.
84mm blower pulley:
Belt wrap kit:
Otis was quick to inspect Mike's welds on the MBH system. He was impressed with the 321 flanges, ease of install, and that we dropped 2 PSI from the stock system.
Stock manifold displaying its 1.6" ID collector. Stock primaries measured about .10" smaller than the exhaust ports in the head.

I assume all of this is already installed, but was going to say it would be great if someone with logging ability could actually do a before and after boost log to see if the belt wrap in fact is making any difference at all when running the smaller supercharger pulley. I guess it would be really easy to take the one pulley off though and go back to the other belt for a test though.

I know you have been researching headers for a long time and you couldn't have made a better choice. Hopefully you got a good deal too.

Awesome I assume you will use the stock belt for the pulley, then they supply a longer belt to install with the wrap kit?

You will LOVE the headers those Mike pipes are Great.. Get a re-tune when you get the pulley on.. My pulley and belt wrap went on last week, have not driven yet as car is still in the shop for other mods, Have fun....

Looks great. But, are there clearance issues on the driver side? I ask b/c I am very interested in LTH like what you got from MBH but I remember threads about clearance issues with LTH on the driver side - hitting the steering mechanism?

I would like to hear about an averaging out of several runs before and after several runs that show a consistent increase and not just .2 or .3 psi that could easily vary from one run to the next with no changes, must less a log someone took on one day then installed the kit and did a log some other day and saw .3psi difference on those 2 logs and considered that a valid difference. Would have been nice to see something like that to confirm the setup. I mean there was claim of .5-1.5psi increase if I remember right in a for sale ad which just seems crazy. 1.5psi, come on, if that happened then something was obviously wrong with the tensioner or belt on that car.
It is just hard to believe when you say you felt "quite a noticable difference," because you would have to gain several wheel horsepower to actually feel a noticable difference and I don't see that happening. Kind of like when people install an intake that makes a bunch of noise so they think they are going faster when in reality they lost power due to higher intake temps or something along those lines and just have a faulty "butt dyno."
Don't get me wrong, if I saw logs from a customer running a properly sized belt (not worn out or stretched) with the pulley running consistently 12.5psi (made up boost number) give or take .1 or .2, and then installed the wrap kit and immediately after consistently ran 13psi give or take .1 or .2 that would definitely be a valid difference and not just a variance from one run to the next. I would be interested in the kit at that point.

Butt dynos don't lie! Hah just kidding.
My previous belt may have been a bit worn out, so yes that might have attributed to some of the results. I wish I saved the data logs of before installing the belt wrap.

You could always take the kit off which I am sure doesn't take much work at all being 2 screws and reinstall stock belt to do logs, but I guess that would require you getting another belt that is known to be good and not stretched/worn so kinda not worth it unless it was for your interest and not the interest of others.
The best review I can remember being done on a car was once when a shop did dynos with a stock crank pulley, then installed a fluiddamper heavier harmonic balancer pulley which actually caused a horsepower increase after dynos then reinstalled a stock pulley and lost power again. That is legit testing right there to validate claims. That was on a different platform, but nobody could believe a heavier pulley gained power, but it was said to quiet the valvetrain and make it work better with better harmonics and it actually picked up horsepower.

Thanks!
Thank you! Feels like Christmas Yes, the exhaust reduced the boost on the gauge a full 2 PSI.
Awesome, thanks. Can't wait until you get a chance to drive it.
Thanks. There is ample room for the driver's side header to clear the steering column. That's one of the main reasons I chose the MBH over the ARH.
Thank you. Absolutely will do!
I'm interested as well, David. I was getting belt slip on my Lightning with a 3" upper on the Kenne Bell when it shifted, and a belt wrap stopped the slip. Of course, this upper is larger at 3.3" - plus the E55 shifts a LOT softer and slower, but from past experience I thought it was well worth a try. Looks pretty cool too
Christmas in March! Wow...nice, very nice!! BTW, decreased 2 PSI of boost? Or, 2 PSI drop in exhaust pressure?

Congrats ! Let us know if u feel Noticeable power from the supercharger pulley

Good stuff!
That is essentially all the performance parts I have on my car right now....smaller SC pulley, belt wrap kit and ARH longtubes. Put down some decent numbers on a local dyno jet this past weekend.

Good to see some more modded E55s on the streets of GA.
