Have aftermarket eurocharged on my car that I'm trading in.

the stock exhaust should not be that difficult to reinstall yourself esp if you can get hold of someones lift. but for $150, i would put the stock exhaust back on and then try to sell the eurocharged exhaust, should be able to get more for the eurocharged exhaust compared to stock exhaust.
besides, the dealer is not giving you anything extra for that upgrade, so take it off and be patient when you place for sale and im sure you will be happy with your investment returns.
