CLS 55 Kleemann headers and SC Pulley Dyno #s

Car is a CLS 55. All dyno runs were on the same dyno (dynojet), same conditions (temperature and humidity within 10 degrees and percent of eachother).

100% stock with a CM30 pump
411whp and 454wtq

ECU Tune
444whp and 481wtq

SC Pulley - Box Tune
451whp and 502wtq

Kleeman headers - Box Tune
478whp and 515wtq

Custom dyno tune (These were peak. We chose 487whp and 521wtq as the safest tune)
491whp and 525wtq

I am very happy with the results. Inexpensive and fun mods. By far the headers and ECU tune were the best bang for the buck mods. This is all with the stock heat exchanger and stock air filters.

Thanks to Nemo at Rage-Tek for the dozens of dyno runs to get it just right.

Nice numbers. I would definitely split the cooling system if you havent done so yet.

Nice.. Now you need a larger H/E and think about 82 TB.. Just did mine and cannot beleive the difference in throttle response.. Throw in some BMC air filters as well... Have fun...

I told myself that I'd stop after these mods. I need to throw some cash towards maintenance for the time being. My ball joints and brake pads are about to crumble off of the car.

Depends on where your at HP wise.. I decided to do it as well as looped rail when I got to around 500+ WHP. I new I would be there with the last round of mods, (safety), Just be careful when you get to a certain point a snobody wants their engines to bust I''m at 524 WHP on a Mustang HEARTBREAKER.... That equates to about 580-590 WHP on a dynojet..

Have fun....
