City light replacement bulbs?
Okay, I have just read a ton of threads on 5000k this and 6000k that bulbs and I have no idea what I am reading. Maybe I can get a simple answer here since I know nothing about lighting.
I am looking for bulbs to swap in to my city lights so they look like the same color as my headlights. I hate that they look like a 1972 flashlight with bad batteries. What do I need to buy and are there going to be any issues with codes?
Thanks a bunch

1972 flashlight.....funny.
I ordered a set last night off e-bay. They will probably burn out in about three days, and then I will be back to a 1972 flashlight look. On a CL they are a 194 bulb or a T10. Very common and easy to find. I paid $10 for an error free set.

You would need resistors but the 3rd led down supernova 3watt matrix are a lot brighter than the aznoptic ones. I've tried a ton of different LEDs in there and these look the best so far http://autolumination.com/194.htm

I'm hating that cheap ebay ****. I put two in my car and one started to flicker after 10 minutes and give me a warning saying my corner bulb was out. They also burned the inside of my headlight housing. I'm pissed to say the least.
