Question 275/35ZR18 rears on E63

Anyone running 275's or larger on the OEM AMG wheels? to me it looks like then should fit fine. Anyone have any experiense with lager rears? or even larger fronts? TIA

Well what do you plan to gain? If you are looking for a larger contact patch, you better check the numbers.

I found the Michelin pilot super sports just don't get much wider tread width or not as much as you would think.
On 9" rim OEM the 265 has a tread width of 10.1"
On 9" rim OEM the 275 has a tread width of 10.0"
On 9.5 rim non OEM 285 has a tread width of 10.2"

Not so sure of other brand tires but tire rack has all the specs,

i just dont like how thin the tires look on the rear. thats the only reason i want wider.

I hear ya, a 305/30/19 should have been stock.
End of the day our 9" rim is the limiting factor.

They fit fine on my stock rears. Not much of a tire bulge on the rim, but that depends on the brand.

looks pretty normal to me :dunno:

I've never been a fan of the 'stretch' look so maybe I'm biased to the more regular look

Wow that is one big load of wheel weights, who ever mounted that should have broke that tire down and rotated the tire (Index) on the rim 180 degrees.
