interesting run in with 2011 911 last night
i was heading to the airport to pick up a family member cruising on 280 with no traffic and as i pulled up next to a newer 911 C4 (with yellow brakes) going about 70 he must of thought i was just another E class in the Bay Area and decided to open it up. While he took off and i waited a few seconds while looking at the wife - she said "I know you want to - go ahead". With that I hit the kick down and i was literally right at his bumper within 2-3 seconds - his car sounded great - the wife watched the numbers climb very fast and we shut down at 130 as upcoming traffic came in view. Needless to say i pulled up next to him to give him a thumbs up and he wouldn't even look over - was probably pissy that his pretty C4 couldn't walk me in my old grocery getter - LOL

ummm lets see. s/c 5.5 litre v8 vs 3.6 litre v6 n/a motor. what did you expect? of course if you want to try a run against my twin turbo flat six (550 rwhp) ill be your huckleberry.
btw try keeping up with that little c4 with composite ceramic brakes in any twisty canyon in cali. all you will see is tailights

No one in this particular thread mentioned and/or cared about canyon roads. The C4 wanted to flex in a straight line and got embarrassed.

even if it was a 2011 the specs are as follows
385 hp at 6500 rpm
Max. Torque (lb.ft.)
310 lb.ft. at 4400 rpm thats if its a c4s. if not its even lower.

320 dreamer is a cool cat fellas, big AMG drag guy that got his SLK32 AMG into the 11s before he sold it and picked up the P Car. No doubt each car shines in their own environment, so lets just leave it at that.
Steve I will go at it with you at Timmayfest homey, we will get it on video too, cant wait brotha, and I like BLT sandwitches btw
