Or maybe sell it NOW, while it's perfect!

It's kind of a toss-up situation to be in.... yes, the car is basically new again but without a warranty the next round of repairs is going to come out of the owner's pocket. That can really sour the "love affair" in a hurry.....
On the flip side, showing a potential buyer receipts for $9000+ may not have the intended effect either. It may be perceived as a car with a lot of issues that will continue to cost big money to keep running in the future... I understand that those invoices are wildly inflated, but having that much work done every time it goes in to the shop might scare off a buyer who can't get warranty coverage.
Props for getting the most out of your warranty... it seems to have paid for itself many times over. I don't regret buying my warranty and I'm sure that mine will pay for itself as well (though probably not as dramatically as yours!)... I'm still very pleased that I have 3 full years of remaining coverage (March 2016) before I have to start worrying about expensive repairs.

To be honest the car had 15k left if left the way it was and wasn't really in bad shape at all.I only did this all at once because the warranty was ending.
I'll put money that everyone's e55 on this board right now has oil seaping out the rear main seal and there valve covers are leaking also.
The only major issue was the tcu change that was making the car act up from oil going up the wire and getting inside the tcu

How much would you like to bet? You know what assuming does.......
Let me ask you. You had trans oil in the tcu. Where do you think it came from?
It came from the trans electrical connector and wicked up the harness to the unit. Did the harness get replaced? If not then that oil is still there.
It is normal for warranties to cover oil leaks though that's the point right?
Congrats on the repairs

Everyone one came with a dead supercharger pump also
Do you honeslty think they did not replace the whole harness?
So let me ask you this its OK to spend 5k on a warranty and not use it?
I just fixed the voltage reg and a few other things on my own and didn't want to make a claim.the inspector came and went over my car for an hour and approved the work.its not my fault the warranty covers everything and I could of taken it to an Indy but it would not of got done right.
