Ok so they got the wastegate fixed on the passenger side. It has been moved up and mounted in a much better position. It does not hang down at all and tucked up nice.
Here is the driver side that will be moved up on to a better position on Monday. Should be done by the end of the day.
The intercooler fits great behind the front bumper.
A few pics around the car since it was semi cleaned up. The third brake light still has to be tinted. And after putting the 305's on the rear I will definitely need to have a little tuck, pull, and roll of the fenders.
Dropped the 3000 stall off at the shop when up at Timmayfest. LSD should be coming in soon. The new rotors and pads will be in on Tuesday. The powdercoating of the valve covers and brake calipers is getting redone on Monday because it didn't turn out right.
I know I put a pic of this before but it got erased. This is the AEM Failsafe gauge I will be using in the ashtray mount. It will display A/F and Boost.
CLS63 Gauge Cluster is on its way. As soon as it comes in I will be sending to Jerry to have him set it at 0. All of my 3M Carbon wrap material came in a week ago. So once I get the car back I will be wrapping the interior pieces.
And looks like I was tempted and purchased these today I couldnt resist, they just look so good.

It gave a quicker, slightly firmer shift most noticeable from 1st to 2nd and 2nd-3rd is too but not as firm. You just send the valve body in and it is either $600 or $650 I forget. You can watch my video comparing to stock and to also with a tcu tune. I only had the one little clip of stock though, wish I would have had more for better comparison.

Yeah I was always a liter sports bike guy. I had several. Then my wife got pregnant with our first child. I believe she was 6 months pregnant at the time. We were going to Myrtle Beach. I was riding my nasty ZX10 with some of my other buddies. My wife rode in the car with her family. I was doing 190mph down 95 South in shorts and tank top. I then thought to myself what am I doing I have a baby on the way. So I sold the bike after my daughter was born. Still loved motorcycles and didnt want an all out cruiser so I picked the Night Rod Special. It is a turbo kit from Trask. My bike was one of the first ones to have the turbo set up. It use to be on their website. Definitely a sweet ride. Everything on the bike was custom. A lot of fun. I would love to buy it back (but its not for sale) and pick up a Ducati. Oh well... One thing at a time. Loving my E55

Yeah I grew up riding dirt bikes/4 wheelers and raced dirt bikes for a few years while in college. I owned an R1 myself while in college and a little after and loved riding but I sold it about 6 months after a friend of mine died. A lady pulled out in front of him from a side street when he was 2 streets away from his house. We had just got done riding and eating dinner together and had split off to go our separate ways home then about 15 minutes later I got a call from someone saying they think my friend was under a car dead. Freaked me out but I still love bikes and would like to have one again one day but at the time and where I was living it just wasn't the best thing both to stay out of trouble and the dangerous factor of all the tourists and terrible driving.
Me at the strip about to merc <--- (see what I did there ) a busa.
Ok, now back to the turbo thread. Lets see some more pics!!!

Thanks David! I just talked to the shop. Jason (the fab guy) only had a few small fab items left to finish up. But something happened and he ended up having to go to the doctor. Believe he was out yesterday and today. I should have more pics once he gets back. Since Jerry is out of vacation for another week and wouldnt be available to tune the car until some time after that we decided to go ahead and pull the transmission out and ship to EC. They will need it for 2-3 days to beef it up. Then it will be shipped back to IPS. We will have time to reinstall it before Jerry comes up. Will get pics of the cold lines and oil lines in the next day or two.

I didn't know Eurocharged does work to strengthen the tranny, odd it has never been mentioned on the forum that I have seen anyway. Do you know what they are actually doing? Like adding another clutch disk similar to the v12 trannies? Maybe some valve body mods too?

P.s. Screw Virginia for making you out that gaudy sticker right in the middle of your windshield.

Emoving, yours look flat with lip vs Paul's being concave (if he got the concave style). Which to me the concave looks better and completely different than the wheel with a lip.
