Did you try using a resistor of any sort on the supercharger harness?

The problem is the bypass valve. It doesn't just expect it to be plugged in, it expects to see changes when it's activated. Don't forget Weistec reused the factory bypass. Trust me it's not as simple as tricking the computer into thinking it's still plugged in.

haters crazy
The CLK DTM didn't have a bypass valve and the SC clutch can be fixed with a resistor. Start there

The bypass valve is does not move independent of the throttle body, they move in opposite fashion, ie the throttle is closed the bypass is open, and vice versa, in a an equal proportion. so it you wire the throttle body potentiometer signal returns to the signal returns for the bypass, it may trick it into thinking its still there and working in the correct fashion!? Just some food for thought

I am confused why this is a mystery on how it will work if Eurocharged already removed a supercharger from a SRT6 Crossfire and tuned it with a turbo? They are basically the same, just 2 cylinders less.

Is it that the ecu is way different and that is the problem? What was done on that turbo converted Crossfire that had a bypass valve and clutched pulley supercharger before?

Only took them 11 days to build and tune this. It appears the supercharger clutch is left in the engine bay over on the passenger side, you can see it and the electrical connection going over to it. But since they have a clutchless pulley tune now I would think they don't need to have something like that done and I could have swore there was an E55 in the past that ran a DTM intercooler or it was just a custom one with no bypass. Think it was VRP who did it back then, can't remember so no idea who did the tuning, etc.

32K came from factory without a bypass, only a clutched sc pulley, and since the tb is before the sc no need to bleed boost after the sc or the vacuum that is between the tb and sc when releasing throttle. very simple.
i run a 55k sc on the V6 without a bypass and still no modification with the 32k ecu!
but the clutched is needed for idle and cold start.

or you can use a mechanical bypass for idle and cold start like kleeman did with his n/a sc upgrade.
someone must try a mechanical bypass that bleed from the surge tank to the tb plenum with this fsc.

Now, here is a good work done .. Good luck in completing the project .. How much has it cost so far? Do you have any built parts (Engine/Transmission)?

Those are some stout numbers. Do you have some sort of bypass to disengage the blower once the turbo hits boost?
