Yah man everything is solid had the tech over look at his job twice and its perfect no vac leaks no nothing, Zero codes idles as perfect as it gets... only thing is am going to swap out tb's and see were that gets me.. I know jerry did something in the tune for the ESP and I really dont know much about it but I hate not being able to burn out, where before I I could of roasted a brand new set on the spot... this has to be sorted out

It tries to spin wheels and does nothing ESP incoaperative shows up car is on limp mode gotta turn it off and back on to be able to drive..

**but thanks to Craig hes been helping me figure this out and I think my tq limiters are disabled, I dont know why Jerry did that but thats what it is we think

Thought you had the tq stuff taken care of? Anyways Craig is certainly very helpful and hope it fixes you issues. Still fairly similar to the issues I had but problems no more once Tony at BIP had my car back for troubleshooting.

thxx Philip for your help too bro, yah I thought I did to but I guess not, I don't know why he disabled it on my tune :/ is there a reason? Am trying to figure out why!!! I just want my car to run good and be safe that's all.

i send Jerry an email 3 or 4 days ago and i still have not received a response yet... is Eurocharged on vacation or do they not seem to care to respond and fix the tune....

well, no i didn't because after a bunch of the guys from here helping me and texting me to what my issue is we figured out what it is.. just needs to be fixed! The OEM t/b's have a very very low failure rate so i know its not my tb. I also dont think my tune is specific to my car, its most likely off some other car that may have had similar mods, so technically a canned tune and so i think EC send me a ECU file belonging to a late 05 or 06 car that might have had similar mods as me. And mine being an 04 that file is not compatible with certain system in the car, thus making the car no longer able to do standing burnouts and the other issues. Plus my tq limiters are disabled so they need to be enabled and lowered. I emailed them a long email explaining everything and have been very patient about it and i still am but am not getting anywhere

It's a used tb, new tbs have gone bad, it takes literally 5 minutes to switch out the tb

You could have done it while waiting for him to get back to you

Bingo....There have been a number of posts describing issues with 'used throttle bodies' ....Also, why don't you just pick up the phone and call EC (Adam, Jerry, etc.) ??

Berti,

EC was on vacation for the 4th of July holiday. I emailed them to order something and I got that out of office message. I believe it said they are back today or tomorrow.

EC is a business... I've been on vacation for the last 4 days, I don't know about you. I had a coworker from Italy call me on Friday, did not answer. Life comes first.

Hope you get it sorted out, the year discrepancy actually might make a noticeable difference.

Are you saying that you think it is OK for an entire business to be on vacation?
I understand if it was Jerry that didn't respond, but the OP has tried repeatedly to contact EC and has no luck.

I am not saying that his issues are because of their tune, but he certainly needs their help to get his car running correctly.

thanks guys, yahh and i def am a patient guy, but you can only be patient for so long... I emailed them a long very explanatory email of whats going on, i got a response saying "Try flashing it back to stock first" that was all the help i got. I mean am getting more help from guys just from here than the actual Tuner who i paid for.

If you reflash it to the stock, should to retune it immediately, cause you may force a some kind of reach, if you have 550cc injectors....??

no i have stock, but all i really want is a new Tune specific to my car, am not looking to mess sh!it up and blow the engine flashing it to stock than trying stuff out...

Side note:

what’s the different with a most guys here with 550cc injectors remap, comparing to your retune with a stock injectors.....??,

im afraid that you should go to bigger injectors to match the more air inlet from the 82mm tb,

Adam or Jerry can confirm that important point....!!

well after the 3rd call one of their assistant picked up and helped me flash the car back to stock... They determent that my s/c clutch is bad and need a new one. I just had that pulley from shardul not to long ago, i dont even have 500 miles on it. soooo yahh pretty much my car is now sitting without a tune and possibly a bad S/C clutch..
