Do you realize how small of a business EC is? It's a tuning shop... aside from shops similar to Livernois Motorsports, tuning shops generally employ less than 10 people.

In what industry (other than service, i.e. gas stations and grocery stores) does a business NOT take July 4th off and the subsequent holiday weekend? Did your bank answer phone calls on July 4th, 6th, or 7th? Odds are, they did not. Four days on a standard work week with the first contact being on a Monday, I can understand the frustration... but throughout a holiday weekend, I wouldn't be stressing out.

Your probs all started with that tb
So swap it out with your friends tb , load the file you had on before and try it

yah i inspected the pulley too, everything seems to be like it should, and the clutch assembly seems just fine as well
i will do that tomorrow, he is bringing it to me HOWEVER keep in mind before the new tune without the TB installed i was able to do my burnouts i did have some jerkiness but not as much... Now after TB installed/ new tune send sh!it started happening, car would go on limp mode at times when i would do WOT, no more burn outs and so on and so fourth... But for my buddy (manucy) everything is good, same before TB install and same after TB install plus hes got an 06 which supposedly cant do burn outs.

Swap the tb
Take that out of the equation

Yah after i got my new tune when the TB was installed, thats when it crapped out... but for him same as before just more POWER

the only way to do real burnout is on dyno mod no ?

no some cars will allow you to do a standing burn out with ESP turned off and not in having to go into dyno mode. Lucky for me I got one of the special ones, maybe its a unicorn thing?!?!?

I still stand by the fact its in the tune and the tq mgt. I had the same problems with mine and it was the tq mgt settings.

I do huge smokey burnouts at the track simply by turning ESP off.

Thank you Jake, I talked to one of your guyses assistant he flashed my car to stock and said check your sc clutch and if its good, well do a new custom tune.. so now am going to try these tb swaps nd see whete we stand

Duhhhh its the tune u need a re flash cause ur car is a E63 and u have a E55 tune on it it says so on the side of your car E63 j.k good luck buddy

Worth the wait

What I realize is that tuning shops are more about service than product. If they have 3 employees or 30 it makes no difference.

Have someone to pick up the phone or answer an email within 3 day.

Period!
