Reset factory settings/ Radio issue
Hello everyone! New E55 AMG owner here ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I recently picked up a 2005 E55 and while going threw the menu's I did a restore factory settings. Everything was fine but I noticed my radio is no longer putting out sound, it's lights up like it should I can swap between Bluetooth and am/fm still no sound.
My question is since its an after market Pioneer deck is there something that's causing a conflict from deck sending sound to the car.
I did a search on the forums and saw maybe that it's a fuse issue. But I'm not sure since this just happened after I reset settings.
On a side note, I can say I have never been more in love with a car than I am with beast of a machine lol.
Thanks for any help and look forward to talking to you guys soon!

Majority of the time that I've notice when installing an aftermarket radio, the fuse continuously blown out due to over powerage. Secondly, there might be a lose wire somewhere.

Thanks for the reply, today it came on for a bit then went out again. I'm thinking lose wire might be the problem. I hate electrical systems hehehe. Guess it's time to start digging.

Well after digging around I found that hid the aftermarket AMP inside the trunk on the driver side next to the fuses, and some how the amp power wire came lose... explains a lot lol
