Just had this installed on my buddies (manucy) car yesterday, along with the resistor. The car runs smooth and the power is really instant, soon as you tap the pedal you'll be thrown on the back seat.. Still needs to be tuned from Jerry and gotta get that idler pulley or w.e it is fixed... that seems to be moving a little and making some weird noise...

Are you saying Idler pulley set is required with this "77mm FSC pulley" or "he needs it" ?

So 400 shipped for this and then don't know how much for the "idler set" ?

Maybe Manyc will post his impression soon , I don't know what happened to that "55guy" he was going to post him impression after the tune was tweaked out but he never did.

This is the smallest pulley size you can get right ?

Yeah, I'd replace that idler ASAP based on how much it's moving about

Hopefully reasonable cheaper than a clutched one - for obvious reasons...

Definitely not normal with that idler assembly.

Also, did I read that right... He has been driving it without the tune to compensate for loss of clutch? Braver than I am.

Is your friend experiencing a "huge surge" with any throttle over 15%? This is what I've heard is the current issue EC is trying to correct through software.

anyone monitoring IAT's yet with this setup? I would think with the supercharger always "on" it would build heat much faster and stay well above ambient.

I'd be pretty scared driving around in this case. Running roughly 180 mm pulley, 82mm TB and no upgraded injectors? No to mention no headers as well. I can't imagine what kind of heat this thing is making. I'd at least get a scanner at autozone to be sure your IATs aren't at dangerous levels.
