How bad did I screw up?
Having removed the supercharger pulley at least 7 times, I decided to leave my head in my as$ and pry it off the wrong way. Can I replace this part of the supercharger? If I leave it, will it effect pulley clutch engagement? Should I get the clutchless pulley due to the damage?

Found out something interesting. That assembly is $1200 wholesale from Mercedes. The whole supercharger assembly (including magnet assembly) rebuilt through Mercedes is $3073 (wholesale)
Do you think enough material is missing to effect engagement? Do you think balance will be effected?

I would either look into doing the clutch less pulley or get a hold of someone that has one (clutch less pulley) and see if they will sell you their old magnet.

You'll probably be fine. Reinstall the pulley, go log boost, and check to see if the magnet is excessively hot. If it's slipping you may cook the paint off the magnet.

"Mental note" never pry away from the magnet.....
Can you tell what that material is where you've punctured it? Its just a filler where the magnet surface is i assume?
I dont think its that big a deal either the holes are more intresting to me? Is that just wear thats caused those to show or something else?
If you could figure out what material to use to re-fill those puncture marks it would probably rest your mind a bit more.

I've haven't seem on in person with the pulley removed, but that just looks like a shield For the field cool. Kinda like the shield on a sealed bearing. If you didn't get into the coil I can't imagine what it would hurt, other than longevity of the coil. Just my thoughts based on one picture, I may be way off base.

You can....just don't use the magnet surface to pry away from
Good point, actually. It does look like a filler...
Maybe for cooling?

They werent showing on mine at 230+kms so i suspect its worn down quite a bit on that one to show those holes. Not that it matters as long as you can still remove shims to get within the spec clearances who cares.
