Anyone running 10.5" wide rims out back?
Hey MBWorld,
I've always run 20x10's on the rear of my 211's. But I wanted to order a custom set of 19's from SSR, so I went out to Wantanabe's DC in Torrance, CA to get 'fitted'. They gave me a couple options for the rear. Two were 10" and one was 10.5". I've seen guys running 10.5's and wanted to know what offset you're using to avoid fender modification.
I'm told that a 10.5 with a 43 offset is right AT the fender and that there is a chance I'd have to mod the fenders. (of course depending on tire size as well) I'm interested in the 10.5 option because the lip size is more aggressive. Though I can get the same lip from a 10" with a 37 offset. The 'safe' route would be a 10" with a 49 offset. But that reduces the lip size almost 20mm.
Anyone have 10.5's that they're comfy with?

FYI...u will have to remove a wheel to see but hre offsets are stamped on the pad that mounts to the hub. It is in a code...about 10 numbers and a couple letters. Also is the build order.
